Develop system mean to form interaction regularly or labour interdependent between item or group so that become unity which totally to work realize target. Organizational job system like system work vehicle machine. So that vehicle can work matching with the one which we wish, system have to be active. If one of element or item no work, surely cannot walk such as those which wanted.

 

1. Commitment

Commitment represent real form from a seriousness, of conceptor level until level run, from concept to practice. Design plan or good strategy which formulated to develop system, will without effect if this commitment lose

Seriousness proved by superior will become peer to is other. Seriousness of subordinate will strengthen superior commitment. Seriousness run by subordinate and superior will form system.

 

2. Credibility

To develop system required by attendance one who credible according to woke up system. Develop job system required one who expert in that area. Develop effort system required one who expert in that area. Build family system required one who expert and have experience many in that area. Likely no a success system woke up by one who is true less credible

 Credibility here not only credible in the case of membership of just professional, but credible also in congeniality of strength of moral-spiritual, like for example sincerity, can be trusted, adherence, and others.

 

3. Communications

Develop system also require ability communicate. Meant communications here is to submit message to others about ideas which concerning that system. In organization, unlikely there is one who ready to develop system alone.

 

4. Intellegence

Last principal is intellegence. Develop system require intellegence. Borrowing congeniality peeped out by Howard Gardner in "Multiple Intelligence", intellegence here mean ability solve problem field in the way of is, technics, or strategys which is better always. This means including creativity, adding knowledge, adding cleverness, and others. Why intellegence also principle? One of the reasons is: direct nobody have strong commitment, direct nobody have high credibility, owner nobody ability of sophisticated communications, and no solid direct system so will be woke up.
