Anger is one of the emotion form having the character of healthy and fair. Though have the character of healthy and fair, otherwise controlled correctly, anger will generate new problem, like problem at work, family, and relation of interpersonal.

 

Why someone become to fulminate can be differentiated to become two, that is:

 

1. External factors, is incoming factor from outside, example: you become to fulminate because trapped to stuck or delaying of air transport schedule and others.

 

2. Internal factors, is incoming factor from within ownself, example: you become to fulminate because having cold feet, doubt, experiencing of failure, owning hearting memory and others

 

You cannot eliminate or avoid cause of enragement, and alter others not to make you fulminate. One matter which you can do to control your anger. Several things which you can do:

 

1. Doing relaxation, relaxation make someone become peace. Relaxation earn you do attractively breath in, doing light movements (light athletics) to loosen muscles

 

2. Altering the way of approach, matter is important, because angry people tend to release negative words, therefore try to alter negative minds by rational approach. Progressively you can think rational progressively easy to you control anger in x'self

 

3. Finishing problem swiftly and is complete, this matter relate to enragement because of incoming things from within x'self like existence of the problem of which not yet been finished. Faster you finish problem on the wane psychological burden and anger you'd decrease.

 

4. Train the way of communicating, in most cases people become to fulminate because failure in communicating. Example: not make provision against different idea, not ready to become hearer and accept criticism of others. Things like this usually make angry people.

 

5. Altering environment, its meaning alter settlement return workplace, altering rule of the game exist in workplace (including altering your familiarizing) to avoid inconvenience environment
